Junior Pavement Data Analyst
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and skilled Mechanic to join our team, focusing on troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating electronic, electrical, and mechanical components of automated pavement measurement equipment. The role involves participating in the design, fabrication, and procurement of data measurement systems, maintaining equipment inventory, and assisting in data processing and analysis. The ideal candidate will also prepare and deliver presentations, write operation manuals, and develop equipment specifications. Additionally, you will participate in testing, calibration, and correlation of pavement data measurement systems, ensuring all tasks are performed with minimal supervision while adhering to standard practices. This role requires driving state vehicles regularly, you must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Background report and have at minimum a class C driver's license. Skills and Requirements Mechanical, automotive, electronics or diesel mechanic experience. Experience working with control computers Basic computer/fax/scan abilities Experience working with hydraulic systems (I.E. bleeding hydraulic systems) Experience working with pneumatic systems Strong organizational skills - Basic understanding of road measurement systems (I.E.
