WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Junior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for payroll accounting and for general payroll administration. By acting in line with our values and being a role model, you contribute to H&M’s business success. In this position, you will be responsible for the full administration of the unit's personnel affairs in Georgia.
You will:
Administrate personnel matters in accordance with local labor law regulationsCooperate with an external companyImprove the internal document flow processPrepare reports and data for payrollBe responsible for benefit administrationBe the everyday support for colleaguesManage the attendance systemWork with other HR systemsWHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You'll collaborate with members of the payroll team working with area, accounting, store operations, global functions, regional functions. You will provide continuous support to our stores, offices, and logistics teams. Together, you'll ensure smooth Payroll operations and efficient service delivery across all locations. The Junior Payroll Specialist is part of the payroll department and reports to the Sales Market Türkiye Payroll Manager.
