Junior Performance Tester
Location: Saint Louis, MO (Fully Remote)
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in Performance testing.
• Exposure to NeoLoad (Scripting for Ui & Webservices)
• Preferably Web Protocol and having Real browser protocol is a value add
• Having development and test data management experience is a value adds
• Exposure to any Application monitoring tool and root cause analysis is mandatory
• Good to have knowledge in Healthcare Domain & Load Testing Methodology in AWS.
Roles/Responsibilities:
• Design Performance test scripts using NeoLoad based on the business requirements
• Create test-scenario to simulate real-world user traffic
• Parameterize & correlate test scripts to mimic various user inputs and conditions
• Set up and configure load tests, including identifying key performance metrics such as response time, throughput and scalability
• Daily status update with performance test lead
• Run performance tests and client & server-side analysis
Work Authorization:

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $54,900 - $81,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
