Junior Portfolio Manager (f/m/x)

in Mars Petcare, Trade Marketing Department

Location: Warsaw (Złote Tarasy, City Centre)

***Hybrid work 50/50***

We are currently seeking a Junior Portfolio Manager to join our team, responsible for providing continuous analysis, governance, and tracking to support the success of the Cat Main Meal portfolio. This role will play a pivotal part in enabling the execution of our OGSM priorities across ten markets in the CE cluster.

What will be your key responsibilities?

Develop commercial modelling for sustainable growth

Analyze pricing scenarios and innovations

Track and update relevant KPIs

Provide insights to sales teams

Collaborate with sales, category management, and activation teams

Drive growth agenda and portfolio optimization

Utilize data and tools effectively

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in business economics or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficient in Excel

Knowledge of Mars Petcare business or Petcare market

Understanding of sales and promotional concepts

Self-motivated and independent worker

Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills

Ability to prioritize and manage workload efficiently
