Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the organization’s vision and strategic direction. Each day, you will define, manage, and monitor processes to meet requirements for Information Systems (IS) services by planning, measuring, and improving all aspects of IS services. You will also showcase your expertise by being a key resource, a definitive source of knowledge processes, to contribute to enhancing organizational effectiveness.The work model for the role is #LI #Onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification business in India, Bangalore.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tImplement and configure Celonis Process Mining solutions to analyze and optimize business processes.•\tDesign and develop process mining models, dashboards, and reports to provide actionable insights.•\tCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and define requirements.•\tPerform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to integrate data from various sources into Celonis.•\tMonitor and maintain process mining environments to ensure data accuracy and system performance.•\tTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to process mining implementations.•\tProvide training and support to end-users on Celonis functionalities and best practices.

Qualifications for the role

\tFresher with Engineering degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related stream\tGood understanding of process mining concepts and tools.\tFamiliarity with process mapping, business process management (BPM), or workflow optimization.\tStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\tBasic proficiency in data analysis (Excel, SQL, or similar tools).\tKnowledge of data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.\tAbility to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\tAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
