Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated person to join our Product/Business Management Team in Central and Eastern Europe, in the exciting category of Personal Systems (Notebooks, Desktops, Displays, Accessories). In this role, you will work together with Product Managers in several countries and with the Central Product Management team in EMEA to support them with the needed data points to support a fact- based decision process. You will be able to join exciting projects driven by worldwide teams and contribute to the adoption of data oriented tools in HP’s decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities:

Consolidate large data sets to retrieve the latest status of key business metricsAnalyze historical data and market trends to identify product optimization opportunitiesSupport local teams with the right data to accelerate product related decisionsContribute to internal projects on the development of business indicators dashboardsAdvise Product Managers on ideal portfolio setups based on sales performance indicatorsUse AI based tools to derive conclusions out of large data setsPresent findings to a community of Product Managers spread across Europe

What We Expect:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.Good understanding of PC Technologies and the PC marketTechnology savvyStrong analytical skills and attention to detailGood capabilities in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python)Fluent in English, Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyStrong Excel, PowerPoint and M365 CoPilot knowledgeBasic knowledge of IT industry standards and best practices
