Junior Product Designer
We’re looking for a junior Product Designer to join our helping us design our product while keeping in mind the omnichannel user experience. 
When you join our team, you’ll work with the designers, product managers, and software engineers. Your role will be to take part in the design process from problem-framing to building conceptual solutions and to help deliver experiences that benefit our customers and their business.

About the role:Work closely with other members of the team (both the scrum team and the design team)Conduct best practice audits, take part in user research, gather and study analytics, prepare desk researchWork with designers, product managers and go-to-market (GTM) teams to understand customer requirements Organize and analyze research findings for a better understanding of user insightCreate user stories, personas, and storyboardsAssist in wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and creating user flowsConduct usability testingTranslate validated concepts into experiences through interaction design and high-fidelity visual compositesMake specific design decisions individually and using the guidance of more experienced designersUse and take part in the maintenance of the internal design systemAbout you:Have enthusiasm for learning and adopting UX design skills and techniquesHave a keen interest and understanding of the tools and practices of HCD and UXBe familiar with or have a growing level of knowledge about the interaction design principlesHave analytical skills, be able to identify problems, and come up with solutionsHave a user-first mindset — lots of empathy, advocacy, and a passionate drive to do what's rightBe flexible in supporting the teamHave a desire to understand how research, data and instinct play into decision-making in designIt is a plus if you have:Experience working with or being part of an agile product development teamWhat we can offer you:Learning from great UX-design professionalsHybrid working modelExtra paid time offStock optionsPrivate health insuranceIn-office food & beverages - including lunchTraining budgetMobile subscription coverageHome office budgetIn the case of non-EU citizens, You should have a Permanent Residence Card or Residence Card for Third-country National Family Member of EEA National, as we cannot support the visa process.
