We are searching for the best talent for a Junior Product Manager position, based in São Paulo (Brazil)
Responsabilities:
+ Supervises individual contributors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management.
+ Coordinates tasks for cost-effective, results based, and professionally managed Product Management programs and initiatives.
+ Evaluates current and pending Product Management initiatives against industry standards and recommends improvements.
+ Keeps up-to-date on trends and the competitive landscape to continually improve the organization's Product Management strategy.
+ Identifies new methods of preparation and tracking of cost estimates, construction contracts, trends, and change orders.
+ Guides team members in developing innovations, features, and product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction.
+ Represents the organization on Product Management efforts internally and externally by communicating strategy, rationale, goals, and policies.
+ Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
+ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar.
+ Proficiency in the Office Package, especially Excel and Power Point
+ Advanced English level (Spanish is desirable).
+ Strong experience with Marketing / Product Management / Sales, preferably in the Pharmaceutical segment
+ Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market desirable.
+ Analytical and marketing skills, Ease of Learning, Communication, and customer relationship skills.
+ Teamwork with cross-functional teams.
+ Willingness to travel (occasional weekends).
+ Work base: São Paulo/Brazil .
