Your responsibilities as Junior Production Manager:You will be accountable for supporting, simplifying and improving the production process of our high-quality productsUnderstanding the operational processes at a LEAN environmentLearning the detailed way of thinking and loss eliminationCoordination and support of ongoing business and savings projects. Developing technical solutions that meet changing business needs.Collaborating with technical specialists, external partners and other functions to find the best solutionsAll of our positions are entry-level management roles. With the development of your outstanding operational and leadership skills, we can provide dynamic advancement opportunities. Be the next Manager on one of our production lines!

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

Degree in engineering or technical manager (Bsc/Msc).You are a student, recent graduate, maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar fieldYour English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oralYou have strong leadership and excellent communication skillsCharacterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibilityYou like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independentlyYou are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and managerYou use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
