Junior Production Manager

Responsibilities:
Ensure finished products meet quality, consumer expectations, and delivery schedules. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reviews to align short-, medium-, and long-term objectives. Motivate and coach teams to achieve production targets. Maintain a legally compliant, safety-first culture, targeting zero accidents. Proactively manage risks and ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations. Implement workforce development programs to optimize resource flexibility and allocation. Focus on material availability, quality control, and on-time delivery. Drive continuous improvement and support staff to achieve operational excellence. Provide feedback, coaching, and tailored training for individual and team growth. Ensure succession planning and foster employee engagement in improvement initiatives. Manage employee relations and control costs, reducing waste and improving efficiency. Review performance and support timely new product launches aligned with business goals. Partner with engineering, R&D, and technical teams to ensure machinery reliability and drive innovation.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or a related field. 3–5 years of manufacturing experience in a similar role. Strong leadership and people management skills to engage and energize teams. Excellent problem-solving, analytical abilities, and resilience in achieving results. Courage, integrity, and trust-building to lead change and foster collaboration. Proven experience leading manufacturing teams and cross-functional projects. Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies, including TPM and change management.
