Your responsibilities as Junior Production Manager:Establish methods for solving technical problemsMake studies on performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization)Systematize tools for maintenance and implement production management toolsIdentify one or more key projects to achieve the performance targetsIdentifying, prioritizing, analysing, and eliminating losses and inefficienciesDelivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects Collaborating with technical experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites to create the best solutions Creating learning programs and coaching and training techniciansCreating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

Job Qualifications

We are looking for YOU if:

Degree in engineering or technical manager (Bsc/Msc).You are a student, recent graduate, maximum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar fieldYour English and Hungarian language skills are at a level capable of communication, both in writing and oralYou have strong leadership and excellent communication skillsCharacterized by good problem-solving skills, systems approach, process orientation, analytical thinking, initiative, flexibilityYou like to work in a team, but at the same time willing to work independentlyYou are open and motivated to acquire new knowledge as an engineer and managerYou use Microsoft Office tools at a professional level
