A week in a life of a Jr. Program Analyst: + Prepare analytical product reports + Brief technical material to Government leadership + Apply advanced statistical methods to improve effectiveness of system capability + Guide Concept of Operations development through analysis + Interface with Subject Matter Experts to establish model assumptions + Generate presentations communicating analysis methodology and results for audiences ranging from MORS conferences to Flag Officers + Apply machine learning and pattern recognition optimization techniques + Understanding and documenting business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to our government customers + Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support customer decision-making Job Requirements + The ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret SCI clearance + Bachelor's degree + 1-3 years supporting project planning and business analytics; + Able to demonstrate your experience to complete projects on time and within budget and effectively communicate with project stakeholders. + Background in Statistics, Business Analysis, and/or operations research + Relevant course work in statistical analysis. The salary range for this position is $60,000- $70,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
