Job Description: The mission of the Security Cooperation Program Office (SCPO), Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Sustainment Group, and International Sustainment Department (ISD) V45 is to provide Life Cycle Logistics (LCL) support services for 2 Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements to new and existing Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customers.

 

Junior Program Analyst will assist more senior positions and perform functional duties under the oversight of leadership.

Responsibilities:

Supports program analysis efforts, including research of special topics, preparation and coordination of reports, and development of monitoring systems. Tracks the implementation of required corrective actions and milestone accomplishments. Team with other program management and engineering professionals in direct support of platform capability development and fielding. Reviews and tracks technical deliverables for accuracy and completeness. Tracks project schedules across affiliated programs, Integrate Product Team (IPT). Coordinates updates to programs’ Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Drafts technical and administrative correspondence for IPT review and submission. Prepares program status summaries and presentations. Schedules future team technical events, coordinates team travel, and prepares travel estimates. Attends meetings, reviews, and conferences as required and prepares meeting minutes.
