You are ready if you have:

an upper-intermediate level of English (both oral and written for business communication)hands-on experience in driving improvements or implementing changesproven analytical skills and a drive for results (ability to assess possibilities, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate outcomes)proficiency with Google Office/MS Office, including Google Sheets/Excel (knowledge of Google Looker is a plus)JIRA knowledge (considered a plus)

We are ready, and within our team, you will:

prepare reports and KPIs required by the management team on a regular and ad hoc basismanage current processes and establish new ones to enhance collaboration within the Customer Experience departmentkeep documentation and templates up to date, organizing occasional training sessions to ensure team members stay informedmonitor project progress and performance, track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and deadlinesfacilitate communication between project stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment, provide support to project team members on project management processes and toolsconduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and best practices for future projects
