Job Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and execute test plans and cases; perform testing.
2. Identify, document, and track defects; report clearly for resolution.
3. Collaborate with development teams to ensure thorough test coverage.
4. Maintain and improve automated testing frameworks; develop new tests.
5. Execute regression tests to verify unchanged functionality with new
code.
6. Create and maintain detailed test case documents and reports.

Education Requirement :

B.Tech / B.E (CS, IT, ECE preferable)

Experience Requirement :

2 - 6 years

Skills & Competencies :

1. Testing Techniques: Knowledge of both manual and automated testing
methodologies
2. Bug Tracking Tools: Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Bugzilla
for tracking and managing bugs
3. Programming Languages: Basic understanding of programming languages
like Java, Python, and C-Sharp
4. Test Documentation: Ability to write clear and concise test cases and
test plans
5. Analytical and Technical Skills: Strong analytical and technical
skills
6. Communication and Collaboration: Good communication and collaboration
abilities
7. Independent and Team Work: Ability to work independently and as part
of a team
