Junior Quality Lab Scientist Microbiology

Johnson Johnson is currently seeking a Junior Quality Lab Scientist Microbiology to join our team located in Norderstedt, Germany, for a 24 month contract under E10 Tarifgruppe.

What you will be doing:
The Junior Quality Lab Scientist Microbiology is responsible for executing and supporting the implementation of business improvement initiatives for Quality Operations Laboratories. He or she contributes to ensure compliance to JNJ and international Standards applicable to area of responsibility and drives forward the state of the art direction and best practices.

What impact you will also have:

Lead and support quality projects including equipment qualification, test method validation, and computer system validation.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and JJ standards, including microbiological testing if applicable.Drive compliance actions from Non-Conformances, CAPAs, audits, and new standards.Support process improvement projects such as cost-saving initiatives, system changes, and software implementations.Manage Change Control processes and contribute to data integrity for lab equipment.Analyze quality data to identify trends and inform risk-based decisions and improvements.Collaborate with site teams (Quality Operations, Compliance, Manufacturing) and act as an SME for audits.Assist supervisors in coordinating lab projects and enhancing operational processes.Develop expertise in LIMS and utilize it for compliance and process improvements.Represent the team in DRB and Management Reviews; engage with suppliers and external partners.

PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS / REQUIREMENTS
While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally is required to work in a regulated controlled manufacturing environment using company provided garments and safety equipment. The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee performs routine office and operations demands including computer operation. Routine office and operations including computer usage are required.

o Advanced computer skills and use of software applications

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS:
o German, fluent, native language preferred. English, fluent
o Demonstrated project management abilities
o Proficient in Microsoft Office —Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
o A thorough understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)/ISO (International Organization for Standardization) regulations is preferred.
o Independent working habit
o Good change Management experience
o Good communication skills and team experience
