How will you value-add?
Support end to end recruitment assignments, including interview coordination
Recommend appropriate sourcing & search strategy, conduct proactive talent pooling and provide valuable data-driven insights on the recruitment landscape
Influence hiring managers & stakeholders to drive our diversity agenda.
Demonstrate ability in working through change and will have significant experience within a complex organizational structure.
You are commercial and analytical focused on understanding businesses and value drivers.
About you
Have at least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing or end-to-end recruiting experience across a high volume of roles.
You may be currently in internal recruitment or be looking to move from a recruitment agency to take on a more strategic, business aligned position.
Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but looking to transition into the Talent Acquisition / Recruitment function are welcome to apply.
Have some business partnering experience with business stakeholders to drive strong engagement with regards to talent.
A team player with strong organizational and project management skills.
Have a flexible working style.
