We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our high volume talent acquisition team. In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with the recruiting team to identify, attract, interview, and hire high-quality candidates who align with our mission and values. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your recruitment skills, gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing industry, and play a key role in expanding our workforce. On a day-to-day basis the Junior Recruiter is responsible for:Evaluating applications and quickly determining fit to screen Screening numerous applicants on a daily basis to meet bulk recruiting goalsScheduling interviewsConducting interviewsAssessing candidates via interviewPresenting candidates for interview and follow upSourcing at all applicable avenuesNetworking to identify qualified candidates for open positionsWorking closely with Recruiters to facilitate hiring processAttending weekly meetings with teamMarketing job postings via social media Attending local job fairs in assigned market and developing relationships with schoolsMeeting quota and deadlinesOther duties as assigned Qualifications To be qualified for this position, candidates must have:1+ year experience in a recruiting role1+ year experience with talent management/applicant tracking system software (iCIMS preferred)Excellent written and oral communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedExperience working in a fast-paced setting with high-volume work load Responsibilities Must pass:Background CheckDrug TestPhysicalMVR Check
