As a Regulatory Supervisor/Assistant Manager within the Personal Care and Speciality Markets (PCSM) Regulatory Team based in Asia, your will ensure to lead the Asian Sensient team in accordance with worldwide chemical and cosmetic regulations and standards. You will especially be involved in a global team and be sure to comply with the harmonized processes and add some inputs to continue the improvement of those processes. 

You will be part of a dynamic and talented regulatory team anchored in a global regulatory organization. 

This job offer is a full-time basis based in Singapore. Occasional travel to Asia is needed based on customer demand.

Lead the team in Asia:

Support your team in the different topics and goals that should be reached.Exchange with the other region to align and continue the harmonized processes.Prepare goals for the Asian team

Support the global team:

Support the internal and external customersDefine the Asian needs and support your team and the global one if necessarySupport the submission of our finished product in China if neededOther duties as required.

Who are we looking for?

The position requires a University/Engineering School Degree in Chemistry, toxicology or related fields. Minimum 5 to 6 years in regulatory affairs supporting business within a cosmetic and/or chemical industry.Demonstrated interest in communication, organization and data management. Fluent in English.Regional other Asian languages can be a plus

Sensient Personal Care and Specialties Market (PCSM) develops, produces and markets ingredients and high quality colors for personal care and cosmetics industry, as well as Specialty Colors for use in household and industrial cleaners, specialist coatings and agriculture product applications. 

ABOUT SENSIENT NEW GLOBAL INNOVATION CENTER IN SINGAPORE:

Sensient new global innovation center GIC will bring together scientists and technologists from many different Sensient business units, including: Food colors and flavors – Pharmaceutical - Sensient natural ingredients – Bionutrients - Cosmetics.

With a focus on new product development and application extension, the Center will exemplify deep collaboration and cross-pollination of Sensient Groups. This will allow the teams to innovate in a broader sensory context of flavor, color, texture, sight and aroma.
