Job Description Summary

Provide fast and effective remote facilities management support to our client by responding, documenting, coordinating FM-related requests via web based system or over the phone. Monitor and maintain the facility maintenance work order system and prepare monthly reports on status of work orders.

Responsibilities

Support the remote facilities lead in running the 24/7 operation of the helpdesk lineManage all incoming calls and requests via the service desk professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner.Opening, tracking and closing work orders from Famis360 and calls received from client’s employees.Monthly support to import different types of reports from the 360 Facility platform.Coordinate and provide follow-up to daily operation activities, as well as ensure the quality of help desk duties.


Qualifications & Requirements

Admin or Facilities Management experience (site or remote)Excellent communication in English.Great attention to detail, diligent and focused.Committed, able to work to deadlines, priorities and juggle between tasks.
