The routing team’s primary goal is to ensure the highest route quality for our clients globally through dedicated route ownership, while also boosting the company’s profitability. We aim to reduce client complaints, particularly from our top clients, and minimize the workload for other internal teams involved in route setup.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently resolve problems in both critical and non-critical situations with a high level of professionalism.
Closely monitor platform KPIs to ensure timely issue resolution and availability of internal resources.
Proactively recommend and implement new monitoring systems and rules to prevent downtime and performance issues.
Continuously provide feedback to internal engineering teams to enhance our products based on client needs.
Qualifications:
A tech enthusiast eager to build a career in a dynamic environment.
Possess a broad range of IT interests, including querying languages, programming logic, and computer networks; expertise in VoIP, SS7, ISDN, PSTN, SIP, DID, TFN, & PBX technologies is a plus.
Passionate about providing the best possible experience for clients.
Unafraid to delve deeper and use an analytical approach to solve technical problems.
Fluent in communicating with clients, partners, colleagues, and engineering teams in English.
