You'll be responsible for: Solving customer queries and providing support via email .Creating and correcting invoices to ensure customer satisfaction.Monitoring the resolution status .Creating quality notifications for our Logistics Team to ensure seamless operations .Ensuring database integrity by correcting data stored in the SAP system.Sorting out order-related queries and obstacles internally and externally.Being part of the continuously improving society by identifying areas for process improvement and fulfilling improvement projects .What You Need to SucceedFluency in English and Polish (min.
