As a member MSIM’s Korea Sales Team, the individual will support a growing sales organization with a focus on developing client relationships and distribution of private markets strategies and solutions to institutional clients in Korea.

Responsibilities
- Support Korea institutional sales team to manage both existing prospective client relationships,

- Support the business development and the integrated client coverage in the region focusing on private markets products.

- Establish excellent communications across functional areas of the firm—including Portfolio Specialists, Marketing, Legal and Client Service teams—to ensure seamless execution of business requests

- Proactively engage in client service activities including regular reporting and ad-hoc requests

- Help sales team to resolve any client inquiries and issues and assist in business development efforts

- Provide a broad range of support on MSIM products and services

- Experience of Investment Management business and practices with proficient product knowledge in Alternative Investment strategies

- Ability to work independently as well as in a team

- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects/processes at the same time without close supervision

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively with professionals at all levels, across departments/locations and build strong relationships

- The ideal candidate will be client service oriented, as the position entails significant client interaction in initiating sales activities and responding to product inquiries

- Business English Fluent Korean communication skills required

- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experiences
