About the OpportunityWeWork is seeking a talented, proactive individual to join our Sales Enablement Team supporting the UKI, EMEA & APAC, based in London. Working with a lean, flexible, highly collaborative team, you will drive efforts focused on creating world-class sales training and enablement initiatives. You will bring a creative approach to instructional design and ensure flawless execution against the training strategy. This role is instrumental in ensuring our different sales teams ramp effectively and perform optimally at all stages of the sales process.
In this role, you’ll:Partner with the Sales Enablement Team to identify knowledge and skill gaps to design and deliver strategic enablement solutions that drive revenue and enhance employee engagement.
Lead on the creation of training content and materials along with ensuring our training library content is kept up to date.
Optimize programs and resources on WeWork products, our sales cycle, and key competencies.
Assist with the delivery of key training programs such as new hire onboarding, systems training and upskilling initiatives, tailoring these to align with sales priorities, business needs and industry trends.
Lead enablement logistics such as, pre-session communication/coordination, enrolment tracking, KPI tracking and evaluating the effectiveness of enablement programs and solutions (measuring return on investment and impact on business readiness).
Liaise with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize sales tech stack to inform training solutions.
About YouWe’d love to hear from you if you meet the qualifications below:
Bachelor’s Degree
1+ years of experience in L&D, training/enablement or sales is preferred
Proven ability to lead creation of high-quality programs, presentations, and training materials (in person and virtually)
Impeccable attention to detail and project management skills
Experience with creating engaging multimedia content (not essential but preferred)
Understanding of Adult Learning, Behavioural Change Theory, and Enablement Methodologies (not essential but preferred)
Experience in LMS management and ownership/ maintenance of knowledge hubs is preferred but not essential
Strong quantitative and qualitative data analytics skills (proven ability to identify gaps and ROI using data)
Experience in (or willingness to) facilitate training in an engaging manner by leading internal training, presentations, group meetings, etc. (in person and virtually)
Ability to manage changing priorities and partner across a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-team sales organization
Expert communication skills with demonstrated business acumen
Track record of accountability: leading initiatives, hitting goals, succeeding on a team
Ability to have fun and have a positive mindset
