Position Overview
We are looking for a driven Business Development Consultant who will undertake a 360-degree sales approach, working with a diverse range of clients, understanding their business outcomes and marketing strategies, and proposing services to suit. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team and work alongside other departments in the business, including our account management and events teams.

Your roles - day-to-day responsibilities: -
Actively search and prospect new potential clients. Perform outbound introduction calls to prospects. We are setting appointments with potential clients. Understand potential client business needs. Liaise with the decision-maker and match BCI's services to their business needs. Consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPI) & meet Sales targets monthly. Manage all sales activities through the company CRM system. Participate in company events/activities as required. Any ad-hoc task is assigned from time to time.

Minimum of 2-3 years of B2B corporate sales experience A Business, Marketing, and Communication degree is an advantage Determined and ready to face sales challenges. Result-oriented and open to learning new skills. Amenable to work in Makati on on-site arrangement.
