Junior Sales Representative

The Junior Sales Representative will begin in a developmental role, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our client’s products, services, and processes. The goal is to transition into a full-fledged sales position. This role requires a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to build relationships with customers while developing strong technical and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:Support the sales team in day-to-day operations, including client communications, preparing quotes, and managing documentation.Shadow senior sales representatives to learn best practices in customer relationship management and sales strategies.Gain a deep understanding of our products/services and their applications by working closely with technical teams.Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.Assist in generating leads and follow-ups to support sales targets.Develop customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing inquiries promptly.Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance technical knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:A post-secondary degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. New grads are welcome.A strong desire to learn and grow within the organization.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.A positive attitude and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
