Description
We are offering a contract-to-permanent position as a Junior Salesforce Admin in the industry at our New Haven, Connecticut location. This role is onsite and primarily involves supporting the implementation, customization, and maintenance of our Salesforce.com platform. The workplace offers a mix of remote and onsite work, with the expectation to be in office approximately once a month.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our Salesforce.com database by assisting in data entry, cleansing, and maintenance activities.
• Support the creation and upkeep of the Salesforce Service Cloud Knowledge base, optimizing content for quick searchability and maintaining a clear structure.
• Provide frontline support to Salesforce.com users, resolving issues, and responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with experienced CRM administrators to customize Salesforce.com to meet our specific organizational needs. This includes creating custom fields, objects, workflows, and reports.
• Develop training materials and documentation to promote effective utilization of Salesforce.com among end-users, encouraging maximum adoption of the platform.
• Assist in generating standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to offer insights into sales performance, customer trends, and other critical metrics.
• Stay updated about the latest features, updates, and best practices in Salesforce.com through training sessions, webinars, and self-directed learning.
Requirements • Applicant must possess a minimum of one year of experience in a Salesforce Admin role.
• Proficiency in managing databases is a mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge and understanding of EO/IR systems is critical.
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server.
• Familiarity with Oracle systems is a mandatory requirement.
• The ideal candidate should have experience working with R2 systems.
• Expertise in Backup Technologies is crucial.
• The role requires strong skills in Configuration Management.
• The candidate should possess the ability to design and implement strategies.
