Job Description: Scrum Master Location: Huntsville, AL or Chantilly, VA United States Position Type: Full-Time Security Clearance: Top Secret with SCI Eligibility Responsibilities: + Execute Scrum methodologies for product lifecycle. + Guide teams in Agile methodology, support team rules, facilitate product team's progress toward team goals. + Lead and facilitate meetings, eliminate blockers, promote Agile quality practices, build a high-performing team, coordinate with other teams. + Support ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and level of estimate activities, provide team with feedback and means of improvement while serving as a resource to answer questions. + Lead regular Agile sessions to encourage collaboration, transparency, and innovation, such as team scrums, sprint planning, and user demonstrations. + Advise government personnel on incremental changes that could lead to continuous improvement in products, services, and/or standardization of processes. Qualifications: + Minimum of 3 years of experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. + Top Secret security clearance with SCI (Sensitive Compartmented Information) eligibility. Skills & Competencies: + Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile principles and practices. + Excellent facilitation and coaching skills. + Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. + Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills. + Effective communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. + Experience in providing feedback and driving continuous improvement.
