We are seeking a talented individual to join our Share Schemes Consulting Team at Mercer. This role will be based in Dublin. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a suitable candidate with experience working in a financial services/client services background, to work closely with a senior, experienced consultant on some of our key share schemes clients.
The role provides an excellent opportunity for someone to commence or progress their career in a thriving consultancy business. The Share Schemes Consulting Analyst will be part of a 17 person strong administration and consulting team specialising in Approved Profit Sharing Schemes (APSSs), an employee benefit in which Mercer is the leading provider in Ireland. The role involves assisting our senior consultants in managing and cultivating our APSS client relationships, while guiding clients around the technical and operational aspects of providing an APSS to employees through Mercer. Key attributes required of a successful applicant include the ability to acquire technical knowledge, strong interpersonal skills, ability to work closely in support of others and excellent time management and organisational abilities. Existing technical knowledge regarding APSSs is not a requirement and training will be provided. The workload has seasonal characteristics. A strong work ethic is required, particularly at the busier times of year.
