Ensure all cooking stations are efficiently stocked and maintained

Uphold exceptional hygiene and safety standards

Assist in managing food cost controls and kitchen efficiency

Step into a leadership role during the Sous Chef’s absence

Respond to guest requests and daily menu adjustments with agility and professionalism

About You

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-end kitchen where innovation and precision are celebrated. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, collaborative, and passionate about crafting memorable moments through food.

You will bring:

A minimum of 3 years' experience in a quality kitchen, ideally in a luxury or 4-5 star environment

Formal culinary training and strong foundational skills

High-level cooking techniques with impeccable attention to detail

An appreciation for seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients

Strong leadership, multitasking, and time management abilities

A genuine team spirit and a drive to exceed expectations

What We Offer

Competitive wages

Delicious daily staff meals

Access to our Associate Perks Programme, including exclusive deals with suppliers and partners

Wherever possible, two consecutive days off each week
