What will I be doing? As a Junior Sous Chef, you will assist the Sous Chef in managing kitchen operations. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

\n

·        Assist in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes.

\n

·        Supervise junior kitchen team members.

\n

·        Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards.

What are we looking for? A Junior Sous Chef serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

·        Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie.

\n

·        Strong leadership and team management skills.

\n

·        Creativity and passion for cooking.

\n

·        Excellent organizational skills.

\n

Start Date: February 15, 2024
Contract Duration: 2 months (2 weeks before Ramadan, 2 weeks after Ramadan)
