Join us as Jr Specialist – Closing and Reporting in Siemens Malaysia and help us re-imagine the world by finding solutions and making the world a more inquisitive place for tomorrow.
You’ll make a difference by:Executing assigned tasks efficiently and ensuring compliance with company and customer policies.Providing standard accounting services and supporting various projects, including transfer, integration, and IT initiatives.Implementing new and updated processes, and participating in training programs.Developing expertise in end-to-end business processes and their interdependencies.Supporting data completion and preparing documents for auditors.Participating in compliance programs and internal control activities.Performing month-end closing activities according to SLA standards and company regulations.You're excel in:Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.Having 1-3 years of experience in closing and reporting functions, with a background in China local reporting and audit preferred.Ability to read, write, and speak Chinese is preferred.Being a team player with the ability to work independently and communicate effectively in English.Proficiency in ERP systems, such as SAP FICO.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with VBA Macro as an added advantage.Demonstrating strong accounting knowledge and reconciliation skills.In return, we offer you:
