From endlessly recyclable aluminum cans, and cups, to aerosol bottles, our goal is to contribute to a better community, society, and world.** **Purpose of the position** To control the process of washing and internal lacquering ensuring that the can meets customer requirements and Ball manufacturing specifications. **Key Responsibility** + To observe company health, safety and environmental regulations at all times. + To set, run and maintain the washing and spraying units, the internal coatings units and the ovens + To monitor performance of washing and coating processes at all times to ensure quality and efficiency of coatings usage + To trouble-shoot problems on line and recommend preventative measures + To carry out continuous improvement + To carry out maintenance of the lacquer machines and to co-ordinate with the Maintenance Team for its maintenance. + To hand over to the on-coming Specialist and inform him of the state of the lines + To remove all waste to the correct bins and maintain a clean and tidy workplace + To maintain accurate records according to Ball Aerocan requirments + To carry out any other duties as requested by Management + To adhere to ISO9001 and ISO 14001 requirements **Professional Requirements** Qualification - MSc in Paint Technology Language - English & native language Computer skills - Microsoft Office **Ball Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
