**JOB PURPOSE**
The Junior Stock Management Services Administrator at Azadea's Business Services is responsible for conducting transactional stock management activities to provide an effective and efficient end-to-end service to the group.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Receive, process and fulfill requests to ensure their timely and accurate processing in alignment with established business needs.
+ Uphold a high level of customer service, ensuring internal customers' satisfaction by adhering to internal SLAs and promptly addressing requests.
+ Review and validate all stock management transactions, providing necessary assistance and tracking pending transactions to maintain current stock levels.
+ Execute transactions following specified protocols to ensure accurate and punctual recording, addressing any discrepancies by liaising with relevant parties for resolution.
**Qualifications**
**LANGUAGE & TECHNICAL SKILLS**
**Language Proficiency**
+ Fluency in English.
+ Fluency in French is a plus.
**Technical Skills**
+ Proficiency in MS Office.
**EDUCATION**
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a relevant field.
A concentration in Finance, or Accounting is a plus.
**EXPERIENCE**
Zero to one years of experience in Inventory, LP or a similar role.
