With the aspiration of achieving net carbon-neutral ship operations by 2050, Carnival Maritime has established a new center of excellence with a specific mandate to support the company by defining and executing the decarbonization strategy and its associated multidimensional technological challenges. With its service and innovation, Carnival Maritime enables the vessels of AIDA Cruises and Costa Crociere to meet the current and future needs of the cruise industry.   If you want to join our company based in Hamburg, and be part of our culture this is your opportunity, we are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the following position: **Your Responsibilities** ​ Join our team as a Junior Superintendent Hotel Refit & Projects, where you'll assist in managing key maritime projects, supervise contractors, and ensure seamless communication and coordination across all stakeholders during ship operations and dry-dock activities. + Responsible to assist the Senior Superintendent in documentation and all relevant side projects + Responsible to control and supervise external suppliers and service contractors involved in the single projects regarding time, budget, quality and results + Responsible for proper communication to project stakeholders and coordination between brand, ship management, crew and contractors + Cooperate with the Brand, Fleet and Ship Managers during project execution and the ship’s dry-dock, supervise and be in charge of all activities pertaining to the assigned projects and related systems incl. maintenance.
