Junior Supply Chain Management Specialist in eCommerce

Salary 1800 - 1900 Gross (based on experience) + Quarterly bonus up to 3000 Eur gross.

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support eCommerce operations and sales.Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends, promotions, and seasonal demand.Oversee inventory accuracy across warehouses, implement systems to monitor stock levels, minimize overstocking, and prevent stock shortagesCoordinate procurement and replenishment processes to maintain optimal stock levels.Create contingency plans to mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions.Act as an intermediary between Key Account Managers, Product Managers and local SCM professionals in order to minimize lost opportunity cost while taking all potential steps to maximize revenue by avoiding customer stock shortagesReport logistical operational efficiencies and provide regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly) to key stakeholders in Baltics and GloballyCreate dashboards to provide real-time supply chain visibility to stakeholders.Benchmark performance against industry standards to identify areas of improvement.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship Logistics or similarDesired 3 year work experience in Trade supply, Production,  Logistics or similar fieldStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, make data-driven decisions and deliver accurate forecastsProficient spoken and written English (at least C1)Strong MS excel and technical skills (Power BI, Tableau for data visualization), preferably experience in working with logistics systemsStrong communication and negotiations skills to manage various stakeholder needs and demandsKnowledge of end-to-end eCommerce fulfillment processes, including cross-border shipping.Expertise in managing high-SKU environments with varying demand patterns.Familiarity with consumer electronics and mobile device market is a plus.
