Junior Supply Chain Manager (m/f/x)

Weekly rotating menus are chef-prepared and approved by nutrition specialists making mealtime simple and stress-free, and providing convenience without having to compromise. Every Factor_ meal is made from scratch using only the freshest premium ingredients. Our Factor_ brand has teams across North-America and Europe and currently delivers to residents in North-America, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. And we plan to expand to other European countries in the future. Factor_ is part of the HelloFresh Group which now includes our core brand, HelloFresh, as well as: Green Chef, EveryPlate, Chefs Plate, Factor_, and Youfoodz.

The role

This role is part of the Factor Operations team, situated in Amsterdam reporting into our Supply Chain Manager. As a Junior Supply Chain Planner, you will take full ownership of the supply chain for your category/categories. These products ultimately lead to perfect ready-to-eat meals. 

You are responsible for several KPI’s on costs, services and supplier- and product performances. You will lead our supply strategy and planning to ensure ingredients for our meals are available for production throughout an optimized supply-chain setup. 

You use your effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, both internal and external. Examples are our Product Team, Production Team as well suppliers of our ingredients. 

You know how to take the right actions to bring processes to the next level and mitigate risks for our supply chain. Above all you know how to negotiate and make operational decisions and agreements with a variety of stakeholders. This means that optimal relationship management, a data-driven approach and eye for detail are key in your daily work.

What you’ll do Supply Chain Planning: Oversee service levels for your category, ensuring ingredients are consistently available from suppliers and delivered to all facilities on time, in full and in quality Emergency Management: Act swiftly to mitigate issues through emergency and allocation management Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders across departments, internal and external  Continuous Improvement: Develop and enhance processes, frameworks, and practices to optimize supply chain operations Project Management: Lead and participate in project workstreams, contributing to overall project success in collaboration with team members Data-Driven Processes: Develop dashboards, reports, and mechanisms to support inventory management and order planning Sourcing: Support and lead supplier sourcing projects to expand our ingredient portfolio, improve costs, and improve our reliability What you’ll bring 1-3 years of experience in supply chain management, ideally in roles involving procurement, warehousing, or distribution Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred) Experience with daily operational tasks like order processing and shipment tracking.
