DAT Support Analyst (or Specialist) Expert level knowledge on Insurance Business Processes like Policy Administration and Claims Adjudication Should have had prior experience interacting with multiple vendors and should have played a customer facing role. Sharp Intellectual thinking and problem-solving skills Good Understanding of IT systems like FTP processes, Fixed file formats, Variable file formats, data exchange through feed files Skilled on performing various business processes and should be proactive in identifying production issues. Should be able to organize a triage meeting, coordinate with stake holders, and take actionable steps based on priority of the reported incident or issue. Excellent responsiveness to high priority incidents, applying documented and undocumented solution workflows that accelerate the resolution and returns to business as usual. Desired Characteristics Proactive Tool enabled. High expertise Transparent (errors and health of feeds) Efficient Leverages available resources. (1.) To troubleshoot and resolve tickets raised by the clients. (2.) To document all the defined processes and the methods of resolving the ticket, troubleshooting, etc. (3.)
