Junior Support Analyst
The Unified Support Junior Technology Support Analyst plays a crucial role in maintaining the overall system health of restaurants, specifically focusing on the Audio Solution. This position involves the effective and strategic monitoring of core solution systems to identify and resolve issues that may cause restaurants to operate below optimal health standards. As a tactical yet proactive change agent, the Junior Support Analyst will leverage the latest technology tools to develop and implement solutions that stabilize and enhance the solutions platform. Additionally, this role requires collaboration with third-party vendors, Engineering, Deployment, Product, and Project Management Teams to identify and act on opportunities for support and improvement.

The role will require supporting franchisees with this in-house technology and working closely with all stakeholders to ensure the successful deployment of the Audio Solution. Applicants for this position should possess strong interpersonal skills that enable them to drive both strategic and tactical conversations aimed at improving restaurant technical operations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate patience and the ability to problem-solve effectively in challenging technical situations. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strategic vendor partnerships. This role will require standard operating procedures to be written and maintained as the solution matures and improves.
