Key Objective:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience developing, integrating with and maintaining .net applications, SQL databases and other technologies. They will have a strong relational database management system background and experience working with large datasets. They will be expected to execute system enhancements, troubleshoot existing systems, and provide production support. The ideal candidate must be able to communicate effectively in order to participate in both discovery sessions with clients, and design sessions with the technology team. They will have to be a self-learner, able to quickly understand complex business logic, workflow and processes. They will have the ability to propose effective solution design for their application development that aligns with the business needs, architecture standards, and Chubb’s IT strategy.
