You will oversee the infrastructure, address technical challenges, and implement solutions to ensure seamless operations. Your expertise will contribute to the optimization and security of our systems, making a significant impact on the organization's technological capabilities. **Responsibilities Include:** + Implement, troubleshoot, and maintain IT systems. + Manage daily IT system configuration and operations. + Assist users with IT systems access and usage. + Monitor and resolve issues for client/server/storage/network devices and mobile devices. + Communicate status updates to agency management and internal customers. + Optimize system operations and perform capacity planning. + Configure and manage UNIX and Windows operating systems, ensuring system integrity and performance. **Basic** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of systems administration experience.
