A well known stable company in Lower Bucks County is seeking a Junior Systems Engineer to do a mix of Desktop Support as well as Systems Engineering with Servers and VMware. 
You will play a key role in supporting and maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure. This position involves a mix of hands-on desktop support, server management, and assisting with Microsoft Dynamics systems. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to both day-to-day operations and long-term projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals, ensuring timely resolution of user issues. Assist in the maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows servers, including updates, backups, and security patches. Support and assist in managing Microsoft Dynamics environments, including user access, troubleshooting, and basic configuration changes. Monitor system performance and ensure the availability and reliability of IT resources. Participate in server and infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and other IT projects. Document IT processes, support procedures, and system configurations. Collaborate with the senior IT team to identify and implement improvements in systems and processes. Maintain compliance with IT policies, best practices, and security protocols.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in IT support or a related role. Proficiency in troubleshooting and supporting Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office 365. Basic knowledge of Windows Server administration (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.). Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics or other business application platforms is a strong plus. Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) is a bonus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented approach. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
