What success looks like in this role:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ROLE IS FIXED-TERM FOR 11-MONTHS (MATERNITY COVER).The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist will report to the Regional Talent Acquisition Leader and work closely with the Local HR and Business Leaders to identify and hire the highest calibre talent, for positions across key locations within Europe (predominately Hungary). A key objective for this individual is to significantly reduce the use of contingency and retained staffing agencies. Another key objective is to support projects to help develop the TA function for Unisys.The Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist is expected to establish strong partnerships with the business leaders and will lead activities in sourcing, assessing, hiring and managing the full recruitment lifecycle. This individual will be expected to generate and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and colleagues and will be sought out as a subject matter expert for specific domains, industries or functions. Support the recruitment activities within our key EMEA hub in Budapest as well as Europe based on assigned roles.Source candidates through conventional and non-conventional methods of recruitment including cold calling, internet mining and networking etc.Pre-evaluate prospective candidates through resume reviews and pre-screeningPresent hiring managers with qualified and diverse candidate slatesBuild and maintain relationships with ‘talent pools’ of exceptionally qualified candidatesTrack, manage and evaluate various sourcing channels and ‘job boards’ used by TA and identify new methods of discovering candidatesEnsure an outstanding candidate experience (maintenance, follow up, keeping warm, closing)Use closing techniques that address a candidate’s motivations for job acceptanceCoordinate and schedule candidate interviews between candidates, hiring managers and interview teamsCreate and maintain job postings on internal and external websites, job boards and publicationsWork hand in hand with the internal HR business leaders / cross functional teams and manage candidates up until the on-boarding phaseEnsure full and complete utilisation of the ATS and reporting systems to manage resume/CV files and candidate data as well as prepare performance and candidate pipeline reportsResearch the industry landscape, stays on top of market trendsProvide market intelligence to Hiring Managers/ Workforce Management Team for upcoming, new and existing demandDemonstrate the value of the TA function within the relevant countries, by advocacy of work and key activities to the stakeholder communityYou will be successful in this role if you have:
