Position Overview: As a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in fulfilling the recruitment needs of our Krakow center. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is beginning their career in recruitment and eager to learn the basics in a dynamic environment. What Your Day Will Look Like: Support the TA team by performing administrative tasks such as setting up interviews, screens and communicating with external and internal candidates Assist in tracking and updating data related to recruitment processes to ensure accurate reporting. Updating data on the progress of recruitment processes Conduct initial phone screenings identify suitable candidates. Sources candidates for selected roles; produces solutions to improve the number and quality of candidates Enjoy collaborative efforts with the team, contributing to achieving collective targets. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements. Be an active brand ambassador through use of social media, branding collateral and tools to promote our recruitment marketing strategy to attract talent. Work collaboratively within a results-driven team environment, ensuring cohesive efforts toward recruitment objectives. Maintain high standards of communication, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness. Approach challenges with innovation and flexibility, proactively suggesting improvements to existing processes. Build credible relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration. Exercise a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks completed. Manage your time efficiently, prioritizing responsibilities to meet deadlines while working under pressure. Qualifications: Previous experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the financial services industry or multinational organizations. Very good command of English and Polish (C1) – you’ll be working in an international environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in your work. Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. A strong work ethic with a spotless record, demonstrating professionalism and integrity. Familiarity with social media platforms and basic knowledge of recruitment processes is a plus, but not required.
