Who we are looking for

We are currently looking for a colleague to join our Talent Management (HR) team managed by Marie-Louise Meyer (Head of Talent Management Germany).

 Your tasks: 

Taking care of a dedicated region within Germany to recruit HCP, CA & Apprentices Strong focus on active sourcing in social media Screening of candidates and presentation of candidates to hiring managers POC for candidates, hiring managers & other stakeholders within the Recruitment process Participation in different projects e.g. employer branding & HR marketing, testing new Recruitment tools etc

Your profile: 

You have completed your degree in economics, human resources, psychology or a comparable field  You have a prior professional experience in talent acquisition & recruitment (or similar roles) from a data driven environment Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases and professional networks  Advanced Excel skills You have fluent German as well as good English language skills
