We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Technical Communications Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for a creative communicator who is eager to grow their skills in content creation, marketing strategy, and brand development. With 1–2 years of experience, you will assist in creating engaging content, executing communication strategies, and supporting internal and external messaging initiatives.
Payband: $90,000 - $120,000 varies with experience
Travel: Up to 20%
You Will:
Assist in developing and implementing communication plans, presentations, and messaging to support organizational objectives and team alignment. Collaborate with team members to create content, including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and internal communications, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including managing social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) and tracking engagement metrics. Contribute to the development of marketing materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and videos to support initiatives. Research industry trends and opportunities to enhance the organization’s visibility and competitiveness. Provide administrative support for marketing and communication projects, including scheduling, reporting, and coordination across teams. Assist in tracking and analyzing campaign performance, offering recommendations for improvements.You Have:
US Citizenship Possession of or the ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Top Secret Level Security Clearance Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 1–2 years of experience in communications, content creation, or marketing support roles (internships included). Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills, with attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, or HubSpot). Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.We Would Love it if You Had:
