Junior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary: As a Junior Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will assist in identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent. You will work closely with hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a seamless recruitment process and help build a strong pipeline of candidates for technical roles. Key Responsibilities: + Assist in the full recruitment cycle for technical positions, including job posting, resume screening, interview coordination and conducting interviews. + Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements and candidate profiles. + Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. + Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate candidate information. + Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills and cultural fit. + Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience. + Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract diverse technical talent. + Participate in career fairs, recruitment events, and other networking opportunities. + Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including preparation of recruitment reports and metrics. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment. Qualifications: + Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. + At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably with a focus on technical roles. + Basic understanding of technical roles and skills, and familiarity with programming languages and technologies. + Strong communication and interpersonal skills. + Excellent organizational and time management abilities. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Experience with ATS “applicant tracking system” or HRIS systems. + Experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition is a plus + Knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools for identifying technical talent is a plus + Familiarity with social media recruiting and employer branding is a plus Powered by JazzHR
