As Junior Transformation Lead in our transformation team, you’ll assist in the execution of key change management initiatives, helping implement a customer-first go-to-market model, and driving the digital upskilling of the organization. Main responsibilities:
Work with senior team members to facilitate the change management process, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, and tracking the adoption of new processes.Support the implementation of a new go-to-market model by coordinating activities, gathering feedback from key stakeholders, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.Collaborate with the transformation team to roll out digital learning programs, track progress, and help evaluate the effectiveness of upskilling initiatives across various departments.Assist in collecting, analyzing, and reporting on key performance indicators related to transformation projects, preparing dashboards and reports for senior management.Coordinate with different departments such as Marketing, Sales, IT, and HR to ensure alignment and smooth execution of transformation activities.About you
Experience:
Experience in a project management, change management, marketing, or business transformation role, working in a fast-paced, agile environment with exposure to transformation initiatives.Experience within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector would be a great asset.Previous exposure to change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci) is an advantage.Soft and technical skills:
Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile).Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and communication tools like Microsoft Teams.Interest in digital tools and platforms, with an eagerness to learn and promote digital upskilling within the organization.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels and work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a proactive and flexible approach.Resourceful, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and managing multiple priorities.
Education:
Master‘s Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.A background in Life Sciences or Healthcare is a plus.Languages:
