Junior Treasury Product Manager

The manager will maintain and grow the product group while connecting business with technology. **Job Responsibilities** + First line of support for U.S. Treasury clients/dealers via email, phone, & chats - on both a reactive/proactive basis. + Identify any UST issues and use problem solving skills to manage issues across internal teams. + Ability to run analysis on platform volumes and provide statistics of the platform to both internal and external groups using reporting tools Tableau, Snowflake, and internal Tradeweb tools. + Establish relationships with sell-side trading and sales staff serving as back up coverage to the team. + Assist in testing/quality assurance/demos/marketing of new protocols both externally and internally. + Partner with marketing to develop marketing and sales materials to pitch our product to clients via various platforms (i.e. documenting marketing materials, ppts, 1-pagers). + Maintain current knowledge and understanding of the US Treasury market structure and competitive landscape. + Develop a strong technical understanding of both client/dealer workflows across Tradeweb’s API feeds, and be able to troubleshoot issues, read through the logs, and understand workflows/ answer basic questions pertaining to our technical specs. + Manage the Security Check process for U.S. Treasuries to ensure bonds are properly loaded onto platform in advance of announcements/auctions. **Qualifications** + 2+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on fixed income products, particularly rates. + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or equivalent work experience. + Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market information. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus. + Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. + Familiarity with electronic trading platforms and market structure is preferred. + SIE and Series 63 preferred **Additional Information** Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
