Job DescriptionWe are looking to recruit a dynamic individual as a Junior Underwriting and AML Support Specialist.
You will be part of a team that is responsible for analysis of customers’ accounts in order to ensure that they meet current AML standards.
Responsibilities
You will be a primary internal contact, coordinating activities and collaborating with various internal departments such as sales, relationship management, operations and legal, as well as our clients to ensure that their products and services are successfully implemented in a timely, accurate and efficient manner.
Resolving issues in relation to missing or conflicting product information and documentation by communicating and coordinating efforts with customers and the internal teams.
Ensuring comprehensive and efficient verification of Elavon contractor documents;
Substantive assessment of the agreements signed with the contractors and financial assessment of the documents provided;
Entering and modifying contractors' data in IT systems;
Cooperation with other Elavon organizational units in Europe;
Preparing reports, summaries and statistics.
Requirements:
Very good knowledge of English;
A financial education in the field of finance is welcome;
Minimum one year's experience in office work; experience in a financial institution would be an asset; any AML knowledge would be beneficial but not essential;
Good organisation of work and ability to set priorities;
Accuracy and independence in action;
Good knowledge of MS Office.
The role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
